About the Inverness HOA

Inverness is a 141 home subdivision in west Mobile, Alabama established in 1986.  We are a conveniently-located, sidewalk-lined community of rolling hills with a neighborhood  pool and tennis / pickleball courts.

Our HOA Board is made up of dedicated volunteers who are committed to serving our neighborhood.  Board members are elected by neighborhood residents annually. The Board works to ensure that our association runs smoothly and efficiently.  HOA Board contact information is below.

Beauty is a top priority in Inverness for both individual homes and common areas. The Board supports the Inverness Yard of the Month program and the landscaping of common areas. Another goal is neighborhood safety.  All common areas including the neighborhood entrance drive are monitored by security cameras in collaboration with the Mobile Police Department.
