Leadership

The Board of Directors meets at regular intervals throughout the year, typically on the third Tuesday of a month, although the schedule is subject to change. The announcement of Board meetings is posted at the entrance to the neighborhood several days before each meeting. Board meetings are open. All homeowners whose dues are paid up are invited to ​attend and participate.
An Annual Meeting of the HOA is held each January. Community activities for the previous year are reviewed and plans for the coming year are discussed. New Directors (3 year terms) and Officers (1 year term)
are elected. The Notice of the Annual Meeting and a proxy form are distributed to members at least 10 days prior to the meeting.
